In 1992, Manuela and Uwe Schmitz founded FRANKONIA Eurobau on a foundation that had already produced generations of master builders. These family roots still influence the company's attitude and actions today. This is why the Schmitz family feels committed to residents, buyers and investors as well as to the local community in its work and activities.  

In over 30 years, this lived responsibility has resulted in unique urban quarters and building ensembles as places of encounter, inspiration and joie de vivre. Their location, their social, cultural and aesthetic facets make each one a precious gem whose value will last for generations.
